A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2 and with reference to the averments made therein submissions has been made that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 28.11.2016 passed in CWJC No.13106 of 2016, the application of the petitioner has been considered afresh and a reasoned and speaking order has been passed negating his claim of Arms License. The aforenoted order is part of the show cause as contained in Annexure-E.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried his best to convince the Court that there is no consideration of the police report submitted by the Mokama Police Station. He further submits that the petitioner was attacked by the criminals and for which Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 181 of 2013, came to be registered for the offence under Section 452, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a of the Arms Act, but this aspect has not been taken note of by the District Magistrate, Patna, while rejecting the claim of the petitioner.
4. Be that as it may, as in compliance of the order of this Court a reasoned and speaking order has been passed, the present contempt application stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner that if the petitioner has any grievance, he can assail the order of the District Magistrate, Patna in an appropriate proceeding before the appropriate authority/Court.
5. Accordingly the present contempt application stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
