2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation for disposal of his claim as made in the present writ petition before the Superintendent of Police, Katihar.
3. The Superintendent of Police, Katihar, is directed to call upon the entire service records relating to the petitioner and take necessary steps for making payment of Patna High Court CWJC No.5609 of 2023 dt.08-08-2023 2/2 retiral dues including pension to the petitioner in accordance with law taking into consideration that the petitioner had retired on 30.11.2022 from the post of inspector while he was posted in Katihar district.
4. The representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of within a period of six weeks.
5. In case, the Superintendent of Police, Katihar, requires any assistance of petitioner then he may inform the petitioner to give all the details, if any, which is required by him for expeditious disposal of the claim of the petitioner.
6. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
