2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that Pension Payment Order (P.P.O.) has been issued in favour of the petitioner to the Treasury Officer, Patna to credit the entire amount on account of pension, etc. into the pension account of the petitioner.

3. The Treasury Officer, Patna - respondent no.6 is directed to credit the entire amount on account of pension, etc. into the pension account of the petitioner within a period of one week failing which the petitioner may take appropriate legal action against the Treasury Officer, Patna.
4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
