In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:
"That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the memo no. 225 dated 31.01.2022 issued by the Joint Secretary, Directorate of Economic and Statistics, so far the Office Patna High Court CWJC No.6745 of 2022 dt.20-05-2022 2/3 order no. 10/2021-39 of the petitioner is concerned whereby she has been transferred and posted as Block Statistical Officer, Block- Chausa, Madhepura, withdrawing her deputation in Rural Development Department and further issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding upon the respondents to retain the petitioner on her post under Rural Development Department where she was posted against a vacant post; or the respondents may be directed to post the petitioner in any other offices in Patna considering her representation dated 14.03.2022."
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner would restrict her prayer, insofar as considering her representation to accommodate her in Patna in any one of the post.
Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation read with Patna High Court CWJC No.6745 of 2022 dt.20-05-2022 3/3 transfer policy of the State, if any, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
