3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to furnish a copy of the writ petition to the learned counsel for the respondents.

4. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

5. In the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus Patna High Court CWJC No.5788 of 2021 dt.04-02-2022 2/2 commanding the respondents to transfer and posted the petitioner as Medical Officer either in the district of Madhubani or adjacent to Madhubani district and to grant all other consequential benefits for which petitioner is entitled for."

6. In support of the aforesaid relief, the petitioner submitted representation on 20.05.2020 (Annexure-P/3 Series).

7. The transferring authority is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's representation and take a decision whether the petitioner could be accommodated against any of the Medical Officers post either in the District of Madhubani or adjacent to the district of Madhubani or not?

8. In that regard, speaking order shall be passed and communicate to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

9. The writ petition stands disposed of.
