"That the petitioner above-named prays Patna High Court CWJC No.21784 of 2019 dt.13-12-2022 2/3 for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent authority concerned to hand over the peaceful possession of the land of 10000 square feet of Land No. E-4 (Ansh) in the Jasidih, Phase-1, Deoghar (Now Jharkhand) which has been allotted to the petitioner vide letter No.169D Patna dated 30.01.2004 issued under the signature of Development Officer, Bihar Industrial Area Development Officer, Udyog Bhawan, Patna and consequently allotment letter vide Memo No.1479/D dated 16.9.2004 was issued to the petitioner for the plot in question and further to take an appropriate action against the erring persons who are creating hurdle and disturbing the petitioner in starting his business of production of mustard oil and Khalli in his unit as despite written several letters to the Respondent authorities concerned in this regard the Respondent authorities are not taking any appropriate steps/action in the matter. And/or any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, reserving liberty to file a fresh petition within a period of eight weeks before the Court having competent jurisdiction, for the property, post enactment of the Patna High Court CWJC No.21784 of 2019 dt.13-12-2022 3/3 Bihar Reorganization Act, 2000 falls within the territorial limits of the State of Jharkhand.
Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
