JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) Date : 30-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties. Though, the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 25.02.2020 passed in Supply Appeal Case No. 14 of 2019 by the District Magistrate, Supaul whereby and where under the appeal filed by the petitioner has been rejected and the order cancelling the PDS licence of the petitioner passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Supaul has been upheld, but realizing the fact that there is a remedy of filing Patna High Court CWJC No.358 of 2021 dt.30-11-2021 2/2 representation/revision before the concerned Divisional Commissioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate representation/revision petition before the concerned Divisional Commissioner.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty and in case appropriate representation/revision petition is filed by the petitioner against the aforesaid order dated 25.02.2020, before the concerned Divisional Commissioner, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and disposed off within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
