2. Grievance of the petitioner is that GPF amount deposited by the husband of the petitioner, namely, late S. Najimuddin Ahmad, for the period 1969 to 1981-1982 has not been paid to the husband of the petitioner or to the petitioner.

The State-respondent has relied upon Annexure- B, the letter dated 29.06.2017 issued by the District Provident Fund Officer, Bhagalpur, wherein it is specifically mentioned Patna High Court CWJC No.3791 of 2019 dt.28-01-2021 2/2 that what amount of GPF accumulation along with interest was paid vide authority slip dated 27.01.2006 and what amount had subsequently been paid on production of statement of deduction of the GPF installments.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that authority slip might have been issued by the authorities as stated in Annexure-B but no amount was actually paid to the husband of the petitioner or to the petitioner.
5. If that is a fact, the petitioner would file a representation before the authority concerned who shall pass necessary order after hearing the parties according to law. If the respondents are of the view that actual payment has been made the supporting document should also be furnished to the petitioner. Petitioner shall file representation within fifteen days and the competent authority shall take decision within three months thereafter.
6. With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
