The only grievance of the petitioner is that the application of the petitioner for registration as a trade union is not being considered.
A counter affidavit has been filed. It has been stated therein that some more documents are required from the petitioner.
The petitioner undertakes to supply such documents within two weeks from today.
The authority may thereafter consider the prayer of Patna High Court CWJC No.9873 of 2021 dt.01-12-2021 2/2 the petitioner and pass a speaking order copy whereof be conveyed to the petitioner forthwith.
This Court hopes and trusts that the authority shall take the decision expeditiously, in any case, not later than three months.
