1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. This is an application has been filed for conversion of the CRLLP to CRLA.
3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.
4. On perusal of the record it appears that the victim in G.R. Case No.30 of 2023 has approached this Court by filing the present application seeking leave to file appeal against the judgment of acquittal dated 19.09.2024 passed by the learned Ad- hoc Addl. Sessions Judge, FTSC, Kendrapara. Upon hearing the learned counsels for the both sides, this Court observes that the under Section 372 of the Cr.P.C. a right has been directly Page 1 of 2. conferred upon the victim to prefer an appeal under the proviso.
5. In view of the aforesaid position, the I.A. stands allowed. Registry is directed to convert the CRLLP to CRLA and the matter may be placed before the appropriate assigned bench.
