04. This is an application for bail.

Since one of the offence under which the appellant- petitioner has been found guilty is under section 6 of the POCSO Act, let an extra copy of the appeal memo, the impugned judgment as well as the copies of the interim applications be served on the learned counsel for the State by tomorrow (16.09.2025), who shall send the same to the Inspector in-charge of Cuttack Sadar Police Station for its service on the informant in (Cuttack Sadar P.S. Case No.602 dated 16.11.2020) and it will be intimated to the informant that the matter will be taken up in the week commencing from 08.10.2025 and if she so likes, she can engage a counsel to oppose the prayer for bail. It will also be intimated to the informant regarding the availability of counsel from the High Court Legal Aid Committee and if she agrees for free legal aid, signature/L.T.I. be collected in the Vakalatnama and the same shall be collected by the IIC and send to the Advocate General Office so that necessary steps shall be taken in that respect.

List this matter in the week commencing from 08.10.2025.

A free copy of the order be handed over to the learned counsel for the State.
