1. This writ application has been filed by 10 Petitioners with a prayer for issue of a direction to Opposite Party No.3- Chairman, State Level Scrutiny Committee to dispose of fake caste certificate cases of the Petitioners pursuant to the final order in FCC Case No. 5 of 2018 in consonance with the Page 1 of 2 judgment of the Apex Court in the Case of Raju Ramsingh Vasave Vs. Mahesh Deorao Bhivapurkar and Ors (2008) 9 SCC 54, within a specified period of two months Petitioner Nos. 7,8,9 and 10 have been described as sons of Late Nanda Mallick of village- B. Dakebadi, P.S.-Daringbadi, Dist- Kandhamal.
2. The case numbers pertaining to the Petitioners has not been indicated in the writ petition.
3. A blanket order for disposal of cases cannot be given, when the details/descriptions of the cases have not been stated in the writ application.
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ application in order to file separate writ applications giving the details of the cases and stage in which the cases are.
