Order No. 11.09.2025 01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that pursuant to judgment dated 30th November, 2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Nuapada in LAR No.72 of 2009, the Petitioner has filed an application under section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for brevity, 'the Act') on 20th February, 2023 (Annexure-2) for redetermination of land acquisition compensation. 2.1. The said application is still pending with the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Lower Indra Irrigation Project, Khariar and no positive step has been taken yet for its disposal.
3. Mr. Pattnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate prays for an adjournment to take instruction with Page 1 of 2 regard to current status of the application filed under section 28-A of the Act.
4. Accordingly, the matter stands adjourned to be listed on 14th October, 2025. Instructions, if any, shall be obtained in the meantime positively.
