02. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the contemnor are present.
3. The learned standing counsel for the contemnor submitted that, the final order passed in W.P.(C) No.11999 of 2025 concerning the disposal of the OLR Case No.2001 of 2022 by the Additional Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar has already been complied, because, the said OLR Case No.2001 of 2022 has already been disposed of on dated 08.09.2025.
4. The learned standing counsel also submitted for filing counter affidavit with regard to such compliance.
5. The contempt petition be listed on 28.10.2025 for filing of affidavit by the learned standing counsel Page 1 of 2. concerning the compliance of judgment passed in W.P.(C) No.11999 of 2025 and for necessary order.
