02. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Though the transfer petition stood disposed of vide judgment dated 17.11.2025, this I.A. has been filed for modification of the said judgment.
3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits, inadvertently, in various paragraphs of the judgment dated 17.11.2025 passed in the transfer petition, the description of the Court has been wrongly typed as "learned Judge, Family Court-II, Bhubaneswar" instead of "learned Judge, Family Court-I, Bhubaneswar". Accordingly, he prays for correction of the said typographical error.
4. This being a typographical error, the description of the Court i.e. "learned Judge, Family Court-II, Bhubaneswar" mentioned in various paragraphs of the said Judgment dated 17.11.2025, as detailed above, be corrected and read as "learned Judge, Family Court-I, Bhubaneswar". The rest part of the said judgment shall remain unaltered. The certified copy of the said Judgment, if already taken, be produced before the Copying Section for necessary correction/insertion, if so required.
5. In view of the correction of the judgment dated 17.11.2025 passed in TRP(C) No.280 of 2025, as detailed above, Registry is directed to delete the said judgment and upload the corrected judgment in the website of this Court at the earliest.
6. Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
