2. In filing this FAO, the Appellant has challenged the judgment/order dated 08.03.2017 passed by the learned District Judge, Balasore in Civil Misc. Application No.42 of 2015 arising out of R.F.A No.78 of 2014.

6. Notice be issued to the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent by Speed Post with A.D making it returnable by 20th January, 2026. Requisites for issuance of notice shall be filed within five working days hence.
