01. 1. Mr. Dalai, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant and submits, pursuant to advertisement issued on 30th March, 2012 his client was successful in being appointed as Anganwadi Worker. Respondent no.6 unsuccessfully went before the appellate authority to dislodge his client. She then went before the writ Court and obtained impugned judgment dated 28th January, 2025, erroneous on facts and in law. The appeal has been filed in time. He seeks interference.

2. Miss Dash, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. Mr. Sharma, learned advocate appears and files his power executed by respondent no.6. He submits, his client was recommended because appellant stood eliminated by territorial clause. He requires and obtains service from Mr. Dalai.

3. With reference to paragraph-16 in impugned judgment Mr. Dalai seeks interim protection on submission, his client is continuing. Mr. Sharma opposes on submission that his client is entitled to being appointed after there has been finding in her favour by impugned judgment. He is willing to have early date for hearing of the appeal.

4. List on 20th February, 2025 under same heading. Status quo be maintained till next date of hearing.
