  01.       1.     The appellant-husband is before this Court challenging the judgment

and decree dated 30.06.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Paralakhemundi in C.P. No. 65 of 2024, allowing the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act seeking restitution of conjugal rights.

2. The appeal has been filed with a reported delay of 64 days.

3. Issue notice to the Respondent-O.P. along with copy of this order. Requisites for issuance of notice by Speed Post with AD shall be filed within five working days.

4. List after S.R. Liberty to mention.

5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that, inadvertent mistake has crept into the cause-title of the appeal memo and he seeks leave to correct the same in the Court.

Necessary corrections shall be carried out in the cause-title by the learned counsel for the appellant to be accompanied by his initials besides the same also to be countersigned by the Court-Master.
