01. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner.
3. Issue notice on admission and stay to the Opposite Parties by Speed Post A.D. fixing a short returnable date, indicating therein that the matter is likely to be disposed of at the stage of admission. Requisites be filed by 03.12.2025.
4. The matter be listed in the week commencing from 26th January, 2026.
5. Tracking report of notice to the Opposite Parties be kept on record before the next date of listing.
6. As an interim measure, operation of the impugned judgment dated 19.06.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Deogarh in Cr.P. No.15 of 2022 is stayed subject to the Petitioner going on paying Rs.3000/- to the Opposite Party No.1-Wife during pendency of the present revision petition.
7. It is made clear that such payment shall be made from the month of November, 2025 onwards and the Petitioner shall pay such amount by 10th of the succeeding month.
8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application as per rules.
