3. In this Appeal, the Appellant has challenged the judgment dated 30.05.2024 passed by the learned Commissioner for Employee's Compensation-cum-Joint Labour Commissioner, Hqrs, Bhubaneswar in E.C. Case No.6 of 2023.
4. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to the Respondent.
