02. 1. Mr. Padhi, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant appellant wife. He submits, the Family Court passed impugned judgment dated 10th January, 2023 dissolving the marriage. His client challenged the same by writ petition. On thereafter being advised that alternative efficacious statutory remedy of appeal was available, the writ petition was withdrawn on 12th July, 2023. Hence, there was delay. Application for condonation has been made. It be allowed and the appeal admitted.
