     02.   04.01.2021            This matter is taken up through Video conferencing
                        because of COVID-19 pandemic.
                                 Heard Mr. S. Rath, learned counsel for the
                        appellant.
                                 A bare perusal of the impugned judgment and order
                        reveals that it has been passed by the learned Civil Judge
                        (Sr. Division), Talcher. So, the appeal shall lie to the District
                        Judge, as it shall not be an ap6peal under Section 19 of the
                        Family Courts Act, 1984.
                                 However, Mr. S. Rath, learned counsel for the
                        appellant seeks for more time to examine this point.
                                 Hence, list this matter on 11th January, 2021 for
                        fresh admission.
                                 Mr. S. Rath, learned counsel for the appellant shall
                        examine the point and apprise the Court by the next date.
                                 As restrictions are continuing due to COVID-19
                        pandemic, learned counsel for the parties may utilize the soft
                        copy of this order available in the High Court's official
                        website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the
                        manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated
                        25.03.2020.
