conferencing.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
learned Additional Government Advocate. A copy of this Writ
Petition be served on learned Additional Government
Advocate.
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner
seeking for a direction to the opposite parties to pay the
compensation for acquisition of his land for the purpose of
construction of Parencho Minor Irrigation Project as per the
award dated 29.2.2020 passed by the learned Civil
Judge(Sr.Divn.) in LAR Case no.184 of 2017.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that
pursuant to an application filed under Section 18 of the Land
Acquisition Act. 1984, L.A.R Case No.184 of 2017 was
registered before the learned Senior Civil Judge,
Bhawanipatna, Dist-Kalahandi. The Court below by
judgment dated 29.2.2020 answered the reference. However,
no action has been taken as yet for sanction and
disbursement of the compensation amount. He further
submitted that a similar Writ Petiton bearing W.P.(C)
No.12814 of 2020 has been disposed of on 04.09.2020
directing opposite party no.1 to sanction the amount at an
early stage and to take expeditious step for disbursement of
the compensation amount. He also submitted that the
present Writ Petition may be disposed of in term of the order
passed in that Writ Petition. Learned Additional Government
Advocate has also no objection to the aforesaid submission
made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Court disposes of this
Writ Petition with a direction to opposite party no.1 to
sanction the amount at an early stage and thereafter opposite
party no.3-Land Acquisition Officer, Kalahandi at
Bhawanipatna shall take consequential steps for
disbursement of the compensation amount in favour of the
petitioner, if there will be no impediment. The entire exercise
shall be completed by the end of April, 2021 on production of
a copy of this order.
Learned counsel for the petitioner may utilize the
soft copy of this order available in the High Court's website or
print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner
prescribed, vide Court's Notice No. 4587 dated 25.03.2020.
