14-07-2022 Mr. R.K. Umakanta, learned Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State, points out that some of the caselaw mentioned in the list of citations filed by Mr. M. I. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, are not clear.

Mr. M.I. Sharma, learned counsel, undertakes to supply photocopies of the full judgments of the cases at Serial Nos. 3, 4 & 8 to Mr. R.K. Umakanta, learned Public Prosecutor. He also undertakes to supply the list of citations along with the aforestated photocopies to Mr. K. Pradeep, learned counsel, appearing for respondent Nos. 3 & 4.
