                    against the defendants:
                            a) directing the defendants to pay to the plaintiff a sum of
                    Rs.1,00,09,606/- (Rupees One Crore Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Six
                    only) along with interest thereon at the rate of 24% per annum as may
                    accrue from the date of this plaint till the date of realization and
                            b) for costs of the suit.

                                                      JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the plaintiff and the defendants submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties before the Mediation Centre. Pursuant to the same, they have filed a Memorandum of Compromise dated 21.12.2023 which has been duly signed by them and their respective counsel. The said Memorandum of Compromise is recorded.

2. In view of the same, the suit is decreed in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise entered between the parties and the above Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the decree. The Court Fee is ordered to be refunded as per law.
