JUDGMENT
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.12.2018, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant has passed away on 30.11.2018 and steps have to be taken in that regard.

2. Though the sole appellant has passed away long before, till date, the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant have not taken any steps to implead themselves as appellants in the appeal. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
