                                                        ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to register an F.I.R based on the representation made by the petitioner on 01.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the representation made by the petitioner, an enquiry is now pending in C.P.No.1540 of 2023.

3. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police for enquiry and the third respondent Police shall conduct the enquiry keeping in mind the judgment in Lalitha Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353. On completion of the enquiry, the third respondent Police shall take a decision regarding the further course of action. 4. The Writ Petition is disposed off in the above terms. No costs.
