                                                         JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that the sole respondent passed away long before.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing on 15.04.2014, this Court granted time to the appellants to implead the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent. However, till date, the appellants have not taken steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent.

3. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated.

No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
