The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he has already handed over the bundle to the parties and a letter to that effect has also been filed to the Registry on 20.09.2022.

2. Till date, the appellant has not taken any steps to engage any counsel to get along with the Criminal Appeal. This is a Criminal Appeal against the order of acquittal. The prosecution has not preferred any appeal as against the order of acquittal.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
