                     passed by the learned III Additional District Judge, Salem, in Crl.A.No.59
                     of 2019 dated 18.08.2021 confirming the judgment in S.T.C.No.87 of 2018
                     dated 06.10.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track
                     Court), Attur, by allowing this criminal revision case.

                                                           ORDER

The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 72 days in filing the above criminal revision.

2 When the matter was listed on 06.09.2022, this Court imposed a condition to condone the delay of 72 days on the petitioner that he has to deposit the cheque amount of Rs.1,80,000/- to the credit of this miscellaneous petition on or before 23.09.2022 and the matter was directed to be listed on 26.09.2022 “for reporting compliance”.

3 Accordingly, today the matter is listed under the caption “for reporting compliance”. When the matter is called for hearing, it is reported that the order of this Court dated 06.09.2022 has not been complied with.
