When the proceedings were pending, this Court directed the parties to settle the dispute amicably and the parties were referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The parties have arrived at a settlement before the Mediation Centre and the settlement agreement was also placed before this Court along with the mediation report.

2. The parties have arrived at the following terms of settlement:

“A. Both appellants/plaintiffs and respondent/defendant have agreed to settle the lands belongs to them.

B. As per their discussion they came for a settlement and divided into three parts of portion of lands.

3. In view of the above, these appeals are disposed of in terms of the above settlement. No costs.
