PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227
of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a direction
to dispose of O.S.No.19 of 2020 pending on the file of the
Additional District Court, Sivagangai within the time as
stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This civil revision petition is filed for a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Sivagangai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.19 of 2010 within a time stipulated by this Court.
2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents 1 to 7 filed the suit in O.S.No.19 of 2010 for partition before the Additional District Court, Sivagangai. Though the arguments on either side was heard on 11.11.2020 and the case was adjourned for judgment on 23.11.2020, the case is being listed periodically under the caption for clarification nearly for the past two years. 3.The suit was filed in the year 2010 for partition, arguments were completed on either side on 11.11.2020 itself and the case is listed regularly, but is not disposed of so far. Therefore, this civil revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.19 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
