2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks
permission to withdraw the appeals with liberty to pursue the remedy
before the learned Arbitrator. He has also made an endorsement to
that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel
for the appellant, these original side appeals are dismissed as
withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs. Consequently,
connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
