These writ appeals have been filed against the impugned order dated
18.01.2013 in W.A. No. 1043 of 2013 passed by the learned Single Judge
dispose of that writ petition with the direction to the 3rd respondent herein to
implement the order dated 16.05.2011.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants fairly states that nothing survives
for consideration in these writ appeals and therefore, the same may be
dismissed, but liberty may be given to the appellants to work out their remedy
in the manner know to law.

3. In view of the above, these writ appeals are dismissed with liberty to
