These writ appeals have been filed against the common order, dated 16.08.2012, passed in W.P(MD)Nos.11226 to 11229 of 2012.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that the relief sought for by the appellants has become infructuous and nothing survives in these writ appeals and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the above submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, these writ appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
