ORDER
(Judgment of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) Mr. A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, placing on record the Proceedings No. Na. Ka. 2421/2021/A4 dated 23.05.2022 passed by the respondent, submits that the directions given in the order dated 09.08.2021 in W.P. No. 16018 of 2021 has been duly complied with by directing the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Civil Court. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the contempt petition.
In view of the above, the contempt petition is closed.
