                                                          JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The appellant has filed the above writ appeal challenging the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.M.P.No.18594 of 2022 in W.P.No.19324 dated 2.8.2022.

2. By the order dated 2.8.2022, the learned Single Judge granted interim stay on condition that the appellant paying a sum of Rs.15.00 lakh within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Challenging this order, the appellant has filed the above writ appeal.

3. Since the appeal has been filed against the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge, we are not inclined to interfere with the same.

4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the learned Single Judge may be requested to dispose of the writ petition at the earliest.

5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the appellant, we request the learned Single Judge to consider taking up the writ petition, being W.P.No.19324 of 2022, and disposing of the same as early as possible.

6. With the above observation, the writ appeal is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.15379 of 2022 is closed.
