                                                      JUDGMENT

In this matter, on 09.09.2022, this Court took into consideration that there was no representation on behalf of the appellants on several occasions and in fact, the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 29.07.2022, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/3 A.S.No.661 of 2016 on which date, again the learned Counsel for the appellants appeared and requested for time. At his request, a long date from July, 2022 to September, 2022 was given for getting instructions. Thereafter, on the last occasion, once again, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants.

2. In that view of the matter, the matter was specifically posted under the caption "for dismissal" today. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for default. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
