JUDGMENT
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the Order and Decree made in M.C.O.P.No.1992 of 2010 dated 08.04.2014 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chief Judge Small Causes Court, Chennai.
2. In view of the order passed by this Court in C.M.A.No.3467 of 2014 dated 19.12.2014, nothing survives for consideration in this civil miscellaneous appeal since the enhancement has already been granted in the said appeal. Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed. It is also informed that the award amount has already been withdrawn by the claimants. No costs.
