                     made in I.A.No.01 of 2020 in O.P.No.694 of 2018 on the file of the II
                     Additional Family Court, Chennai.

                                                     JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI,J.) The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that though the appellant has filed the present appeal questioning the interim maintenance granted to the respondent, now seeks permission of this https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/4 C.M.A.No.1390 of 2021 Court to withdraw this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and prayed for speedy disposal of O.P.No.694 of 2018 filed by the appellant / husband for dissolution of the marriage conducted between the appellant and respondent on 22.10.2015 and also O.P.No.4369 of 2019 filed by the respondent / wife for restitution of conjugal rights and made an endorsement to that effect. He further submitted that in both the O.Ps, counter has been filed and trial is going on.

2.Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of both the O.Ps as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
