03.09.2021 passed in E.A.No.10 of 2021 in E.P.No.1247 of 2015 in
O.S.No.4747 of 1977 on the file of the IX Assistant City Civil Court,
Chennai.

This petition has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree dated 03.09.2021 passed in E.A.No.10 of 2021 in E.P.No.1247 of 2015 in O.S.No.4747 of 1977 on the file of the IX Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement on the grounds of revision that he is withdrawing the revision with liberty to file an appeal challenging the impugned order in the Revision.
3. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn at SR stage itself.
4. The Registry is directed to return original impugned order to the counsel for the petitioner for presentation before the appropriate forum.
