2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

On hearing the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that none of the grounds raised by the petitioner would constitute an error apparent on the face of record, so as to invoke the jurisdiction under Order 47 Rule 1 of C.P.C. Hence I do not find any reason made out in the review application to exercise the review jurisdiction. Therefore, this Review application is dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
