                     Prayer:- This Appeal Suit has been filed, under Order 41 Rule 1 read with

                     Section 96 of CPC, against the defendants to set aside the decree and

                     judgment of the II Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai dated

                     12.06.2020 made in O.S.No.1351 of 2016.

                                                         JUDGMENT

The appellant and respondents 1 and 2 filed a joint compromise memo dated 02.08.2022 and the same is taken on record.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave of the court to withdraw this appeal as per terms of Compromise Memo.

3. Today, the appellant/D. Sivasankari is present before this court and she acknowledged that she had received Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs Only) from the respondents 1 and 2 and she wants to withdraw the appeal as per terms of Compromise Memo.

4. In view of the above, this appeal is disposed of in terms of joint compromise memo. The joint compromise memo filed by the parties shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
