When this Second Appeal came up for hearing on 08.09.2022, there was no representation for the appellant. However, with a view to afford an opportunity to the appellant, the Second Appeal was directed to be posted today i.e., on 15.09.2022 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal further. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
