                                                        JUDGMENT

************ This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the order of the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority and Inspector General of Registration, Chennai – 28, the first respondent herein in No.43493/No.

5/06 dated 25.05.2009, wherein, the first respondent has fixed value of the land as Rs.666/- per squre feet.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing toay, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the dispute between the appellant and the respondents has been settled and the appellants have paid the stamp duty as fixed in the impugned order by the first respondent.

3.Recording the said submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. No costs.
