Prayer: This Criminal Appeal has been filed under Section 378(i) of
Cr.P.C., to allow this appeal by calling for the records and set aside the
judgment of the Special Court delivered on 21.08.2020 in Special Case
No.32 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Special Court for trial of
Prevention of Corruption Act Cases, Madurai and thereby convict the
accused under Section 7 and 13(1)(d) r/w 13(2) of Prevention of
Corruption Act, 1988.
