This appeal has been filed by the wife as against the judgment of the family Court, Madurai, dissolving the marriage between the appellant and the respondent held on 30.06.2004.

2. When the appeal was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel, appearing on either side, submitted that during the pendency of this appeal, the parties resolved the dispute among themselves and they are now happily living as husband and wife. The learned counsel, therefore, requested this Court to record the same and pass appropriate orders in this appeal.

3. In view of the above development, the judgment and decree passed by the learned Family Judge, Madurai in HMOP No.531/2011 dated 12.01.2016 is hereby set aside. Accordingly the civil miscellaneous appeal is allowed. No costs. consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
