JUDGMENT
This Appeal Suit has been filed to set aside the Judgment and Decree passed by the learned XVIII Additional City Civil Judge, Chennai dated 18.07.2014 in O.S.No.11958 of 2010.
2.On perusal of records, it may be seen that the learned Counsel originally appearing for the appellant had represented before this Court that he had given change of Vakalath. In that view of the matter, since none appeared on behalf of the appellant, so as to give one more opportunity to the appellant to argue this appeal, the matter was posted today (15.09.2022), by printing the name of the appellant in full in the cause list.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, once again there is no representation for the appellant.
4.In view of the above, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
