Mrs.AL.Gandhimathi, learned counsel for the appellants in

Mr.T.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the respondent in O.S.A.(CAD).
No.95 of 2022/appellant in O.S.A.No.237 of 2022 submitted that the

parties had settled the matter out of Court and also entered into joint
memorandum of compromise dated 12.09.2022. The compromise has
been signed by the appellants and respondents in both the appeals.
2.The parties, who are present before this Court, also
acknowledged the due execution of the joint memorandum of
compromise.
3.The joint memorandum of compromise dated 12.09.2022 is
taken on record.
4.The Original Side Appeals are disposed of in terms of the joint
memorandum of compromise dated 12.09.2022. The terms of the
compromise shall form part of the decree. No costs.
