                     passed in W.P.No.10424 of 2006 dated 03.04.2019.

                                                           ORDER

By order dated 03.04.2019, W.P.No.10424 of 2006 was allowed by directing the respondents to step up the scale of pay of the petitioner on a par with that of his junior, G.Subramaniyam, along with all consequential 1 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Cont.P.No.700 of 2022 benefits. The said order was assailed by filing a writ appeal. The said writ appeal was dismissed. The judgment of the Division Bench has been assailed by filing a Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Meanwhile, subject to the outcome of the Special Leave Petition, the respondents have complied with the order by issuing proceedings dated 29.08.2022 in such regard.

2. In view of the compliance, nothing survives of the contempt petition. By recording such compliance, Cont. P.No.700 of 2022 is closed.
